Shipping, Warranty & Returns

AeroHance ships Monday-Thursday, primarily by the US postal service. In locations where United Parcel Service, Federal Express or other carriers offer less expensive or faster service, AeroHance may use these.

All orders are shipped on a first placed, first onto the dock and out the door basis. We maintain inventories predicted to expediently fulfill orders but may during periods of increased demand experience delays. Transit time is dependent upon carrier service. You will receive tracking information when we ship or advice if there will be a delay of more than a week in shipping your order. Play it safe and give yourself the time for unexpected occurrences.

International Orders: We declare full amount paid for product. Shipping charge includes only transit costs. Amounts paid with your order do not include consignee charges, unless otherwise stated. Consignee charges vary country-by-country, and we do not have the information to know what these are. They include taxes, duties, brokerage fees and the like. You can check with the carrier as to what these charges may be.
